Help: Database shows 0 table

  • Suddenly I am not able to login to my wordpress admin page and I am sure I am giving correct credentials. I was checking various things and I found out my database shows 0 table in phpMyAdmin though the size shows full amount.
    Any idea what it might be and what I should now?
