Database storage method and site speed impact?

    Hi guys,

    This looks like a great free alternative to Security Audit Log. Just trying to get a gauge on how it will impact site performance.

    Do you guys store activity in a custom db tables?

    And what kind of performance impact should be expected with logging enabled?
