Database support?

    Add the option to save to database the words changed?
    Scenario:
    – Page is requested
    – Plugin does the magic
    – Plugin saves the changes to db and put the post/page id in the “done” list
    – next time the page is served, plugin does not intervene because the page/post is whitelisted
