Database tables not accessible

  • Hi,

    my website was probably hacked. The website is down and I cannot login to the wp-admin. It says that some database tables cannot be accessed. I tried to fix this with the define(‘WP_ALLOW_REPAIR’, true); method, but this didn’t work. I was suggested to post the following error message to the forum for suggestions how to fix this:
    wp_users: Table ‘hansdsl21_wp8.wp_users’ doesn’t exist
    wp_usermeta: Table ‘hansdsl21_wp8.wp_usermeta’ doesn’t exist
    wp_posts: Table ‘hansdsl21_wp8.wp_posts’ doesn’t exist
    wp_comments: Table ‘hansdsl21_wp8.wp_comments’ doesn’t exist
    wp_links: Table ‘hansdsl21_wp8.wp_links’ doesn’t exist
    wp_options: Table ‘hansdsl21_wp8.wp_options’ doesn’t exist
    wp_postmeta: Table ‘hansdsl21_wp8.wp_postmeta’ doesn’t exist
    wp_terms: Table ‘hansdsl21_wp8.wp_terms’ doesn’t exist
    wp_term_taxonomy: Table ‘hansdsl21_wp8.wp_term_taxonomy’ doesn’t exist
    wp_term_relationships: Table ‘hansdsl21_wp8.wp_term_relationships’ doesn’t exist
    wp_commentmeta: Table ‘hansdsl21_wp8.wp_commentmeta’ doesn’t exist

  • Hopefully you have a backup somewhere? If you don’t, you should contact your hosting provider and ask them if they have any automated recent backup available.

    Do you have a recent database backup of the site?

    I am afraid no backup was created by myself. I have asked the hosting provider and hope to receive an answer asap.
