Database update

    I have successfully imported all the Drupal content, but by the time I am ready to go live with the WordPress site the client will have made some new content in Drupal.

    Is it possible to re-run the importer, without having to empty the database and start again (All I need is the handful of new posts).

    Yes, it is not a problem. You just have to click again on the import button. It will import only the new data, without duplicating or overwriting the already imported data.
    Please just make sure that the automatic removal checkbox is not selected.
