Database Update – An unexpected issue occurred during the database update

    Receive the following after successfully updating the plugin via WordPress dashboard and then selecting the ‘Updates’ section in the plugin where I attempted to conduct the requested database updates. It started saying 1 of 11 updates to complete but it never progressed beyond 0%. Now I get the error “Database Update – An unexpected issue occurred during the database update which caused it to stop automatically. Please contact support for assistance.” message when using the plugin and it reports 1 of 0 updates conducted.

    As far as I can tell, the plugin still seems to work, though I can’t fully test it without donating to myself.

    What might I have done wrong? Thanks

    Hi @officialdivinea — please open a new ticket and provide us with your system info (found in “Donations > Tools > System Info”) in that new ticket. While your issue might sound similar to this ticket, this one is already closed, and your solution might be very different, so it’s best to start a new ticket.
