I have updated the plugin and it told me that Front End PM needs to database update.

I clicked the button and left it running for 3 hours. The whole page was filled with 0 messages processed every second and now the database is messed up, all messages are gone or have no header, it’s a complete trashheap.

Is there any way I can recover from this? I am pretty disappointed and angry right now.

@mdimran899 It is always better to create a new topic.
From which version you are updating from?

Delete all this 5 tables (DROP table).
Then go to front-end-pm.php and change FEP_DB_VERSION value from 1014 to 1015.
Then refresh your website couple of times. Then re-run update.

I dont know from which version i’m updating.

I have Deleted all this 5 tables (DROP table).

Then changed the value from 1014 to 1015 in front-end-pm.php and after refreshing couple of time re-run update.

Problem still same, deleted table not created back.

Can you please check what is value of fep_db_version in your option table?
Check your server log if there any error there about this plugin? Also again change value 1015 to 1016 and again do same. Check again server log if there any error about table creation.
Do your db user have permission to create database?
