I looked on the wp-content folder and there is no object-cache.php file

Is there another way to solve this?

Are you using any caching plugins or does your host do any server-based caching?

I’m not using any caching plugins that I know.

I know my website has an SSL certificate, probably from my host.

No, SSL is irrelevant. What plugins do you have installed? Have you asked your host about caching?

What directories are in wp-content/plugins?

Just got an answer. My host answered back: “there’s no server side caching in place on our shared hosting servers.”

Dreamhost support should be able to help you with this issue.
