Database upgrade makes site disappear

I have a test blog and when I export and then reimport my database the blog disappears.

I export the database in the usual way using phpmyadmin (webhost tool) but when I come to import it back I can’t find an import tag so I use the import section on the sql box.everything seems to work fine as it says import successful but the site just disappears.
Any Help?
