Datalayer Only

  • Hi,

    Due to GDPR restrictions, I would like to use only the datalayer provided by the plugin while the GTM container is placed by my cookie consent plugin.

    Is it possible to create the datalayer with this plugin by selecting the “Off” container placement option and still being able to use the datalayer from the GTM container delivered by the cookie plugin?

    I’ve tried GTM4WP plugin (page footer placement configuration) and its working perfectly but once I disable the GTM container placement and leave it to ‘only datalayer’ mode, I cant get any E-commerce data in Google Analytics.

    Does someone has the answer?
