'DataTables' error, no issues appear in table

    I’ve just updated to the new Wordfence, and promptly checked to be sure it was working. Upon loading the scan page, I got this error:

    DataTables warning: table id=wfIssuesTable_new - Requested unknown parameter '0' for row 0, column 0. For more information about this error, please see https://datatables.net/tn/4

    and then this almost-identical error:

    DataTables warning: table id=wfIssuesTable_ignored - Requested unknown parameter '0' for row 0, column 0. For more information about this error, please see https://datatables.net/tn/4

    And it’s reporting 11 new issues found, but displaying no issues in the new or ignored issue tables, so I can’t tell if any of them are part of the problem. *laughs*

    So, I ran the scan again:

Scan Complete.

    And it threw the same errors, and it’s still not displaying any issues.

  • Hi penbrydd,
    This is most likely another plugin conflicts with Wordfence, do you have “Contact Form Advanced Database” plugin installed? I suggest disabling all your other plugins -temporarily- then turn on “Enable debugging mode” from (Wordfence > Diagnostics) page and run a manual scan.

    Ha! Thank you. Yes, it was a conflict with ‘Save Contact Form 7’. Works as intended, now that I’ve turned that off.

    Ultimate Tables also causes this issue.
