    Hello,

    I would be grateful for your help. I need some clarification with regard to the following two issues:

    1. I have Use Categories for META keywords enabled as I’d like search engines to index my Categories. The Use noindex for Categories: is checked because I have enabled the preceding Use noindex for Categories.
    Would this be the right approach?

    2. I prefer not to display my post dates – they are hidden from view on my site, but it seems that search engines would display them. The only thing related to date I could find in All in one SEO is this:
    Date Archive Title Format:: %date% | %blog_title%
    Can I safely remove %date% from this label?

    Many thanks.

  • Hi mica123,

    1. If you want search engines to index your categories, I’d suggest you not check “use noindex for Categories”, as that will prevent search engines from indexing your categories.

    2. Yes, you can safely remove %date% there.
