date and telephone format

Good morning, last question. I would like to change the date format to export in csv format. it must be in the format: dd/mm/yy 6:00. can you tell me how to do it please?
I also have to pass the telephone format: +33. can you tell me how to do it please?? thank you very much for your quick responses.

Use >WooCommerce>Export Orders>Tools to get them.
