Date and Time option problem

Thank you for an excellent plugin – it works really well.

However, I have got a slight issue I hope you can help me with.

When selecting from the date and time fields on my website, the time is not recorded properly. For example, if i select 15:00 as the time it is recorded as 03:00. If I select 17:00 it is recorded as 05:00. I think this may cause confusion to my visitors. I would like to be able to say select 17:00 and it recorded as 17:00 etc. – any help would be greatly appreciated. Regards, John
