1) I create a simple page without plugin then i create an event Schema Type using your plugin. that’s all.

You are right! this was a valid bug. I have created a ticket for this: https://github.com/ahmedkaludi/schema-and-structured-data-for-wp/issues/227

We will fix this and push this in the next update.

Ive founded the problem.

There is a problem in ‘/output/output.php’ at line 458 et 483 :
Date function require strtotime() on this variable :$schema_data['saswp_event_schema_validfrom']

So this :
'validFrom' => isset($schema_data['saswp_event_schema_validfrom']) && $schema_data['saswp_event_schema_validfrom'] !='' ? date('Y-m-d\TH:i:s\Z',$schema_data['saswp_event_schema_validfrom']):'',

Must be :
'validFrom' => isset($schema_data['saswp_event_schema_validfrom']) && $schema_data['saswp_event_schema_validfrom'] !='' ? date('Y-m-d\TH:i:s\Z',strtotime($schema_data['saswp_event_schema_validfrom'])):'',

Same at line 458 for start and end date.
