Date display

    In the widget and in the overall list display of all events the date is displayed month – date (march – 18) (just beneath the title). I would like the have it displayed the other way round ( 18 – march).
    In the general WP settings I have the default settings voor date display set om j F Y.
    On the detail eventspage under eventdetail the date is displayed correctly. Any idea why the display under the title and in the widget is different?

    Hi 57npha,

    Thanks for your note. At this time The Events Calendar does not always obey the WordPress date settings, and that’s what you’re seeing. While the date under Event Details does obey the default setting, the widget and overall list display do not. We are working on making The Events Calendar obey the date format completely so that it will be better for our international users. I appreciate your patience and understanding while we continue to work on that!
