• Hi this is my first post.
I have some html skills and no css skills.
I am creating an ecommerce site using html tables for picture grids and paypal add to cart buttons rather than any of the free ecommerce plugins which I tried and found to be pretty useless. I would like to remove the post dates so it looks like a website instead of a blog. There only seems to be one plugin available which is the date exclusion seo from blue cow but its out of date now and does not work with newer wp versions such as the one I have.Any advice how I can get rid of the dates? I found one solution on the net to add some script to the theme functions php at the top of the page but the result was a total disaster and I had to completely delete and reinstall the theme to get it to work again.
It would be great is there is a simple remedy?
I am using theme atmosphere 2010 1.7 by digital raindrops.
    Thanks!

I found the answer to this problem myself and its very easy you dont need to do anything to mess with the css files.
You go to settings>general>date format>chose custom and then clear the box so its empty then save. The date no longer appears on your posts!

YOU are a godsend. Now, if only I could get rid of the “Posted on” that is left behind.

    Thanks 1,000,000, devaram.
