    Hi,

I added a field dob (Date of Birth) however the date field is in this format mm/dd/yyyy both in admin and in frontend registration form.

Been in Europe, I would like the field to be dd/mm/yyyy OR yyyy/mm/dd. Is this possible?

In admin > General Settings I have set the correct date format and posts show the date in correspondence to what is set in the admin settings.

I just can get the membership plugin to do the same.

    What I’m I missing?

    Thanks

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

You mention that you have it as a date field. Is that specifically the field type? Or is it a text field you’re using for a date?

If it’s a date field type, that’s an HTML5 field type specification and will always be <span style=”text-decoration: underline;”>saved as</span> YYYY-MM-DD. However, how it displays depends entirely upon your browser (the specific browser and version being used, as well as the user location, as well as the settings of the operating system).

    Hi,

It is a date field. If I edit the field I have -> Field type: date

I tested in 3 browsers actually.

With your hint I managed to change firefox from english US to english GB and now I date in the desired format, thank you.

In Google Chrome I did not manage. Followed the same process to change the language but one step I can’t complete because I don’t have “Display Google Chrome in this language” check-box.

But that is browser related, not plugin related.
