Date Field format is reversed on cart

  • Hi guys, I’m using this plugin just to add a date field in my product, worked fine but I’ve a problem when the user add the product on cart.

    When the user select the date in product options the format is: DAY/MONTH/YEAR.
    But, when the product goes to cart, the option is displayed on cart like that: YEAR-MONTH-DAY.

    Where can I change that? The default format on my wordpress is DAY/MONTH/YEAR, on plugin backend this is the default format, why it is changing just on the cart?

  • Hi,

    Normally, it will take the date format that you set on your wordpress. Our plugin also take the date format of wordpress. You can check the Settings -> General path of WordPress to know what is the date format exactly. I hope our plugin has nothing to do with the change of date format.

    Yes, I’ve tested everything here.

    The plugin is formating the date on the wrong way.

    My wordpress is correct, the theme to..

    I’ve disabled all the plugins, and tested just with Woocommerce, the bug still there…

    We have the same problem. The date is formatted as YYYY-MM-DD in the cart, and on the order confirmation.

    I have the same problem. The input fields are correct, but in the cart and on the order confirmation the date is formatted as YYYY-MM-DD. Any idea how I can solve this problem? It’s very confusing for my customers. Changing the date format in the WordPress settings doesn’t help.
