    The date field is showing as 47 years ago ie when person requiring support goes to tickets it says it was created 47 years ago/ reply was 47 years ago.
    can’t see what to do to change this.

    By the way I’m liking this plugin!

    Hi:

    I suspect that something is messing with the sort order or dates we use. This can happen if you have another plugin that sorts custom post types without checking to see if they “own” those post types. Can you try disabling the non-awesome support plugins and see if the dates show up correctly?

    If that doesn’t work then verify the date and timezone on your server and double-check it as well on your local machine. (You’ve probably already done this but figured I’d mention it anyway).
