Date field mapping

This would be possible to do with the planned special mail-tags support and the _format_ mail-tag. See https://contactform7.com/special-mail-tags/ and https://contactform7.com/date-field/ for more information. Unfortunately, this hasn’t been implemented yet. Let me see if I can get it prioritized.
