Date filed not showing on iphone

    Hi there,
    I create a contact form in which I need to enter a date.
    everything is properly working on desktop but I can’t see properly the box on ihone and ipad.

    <label> Data del tuo evento</label>
    [date* data-serata placeholder "today"]

    This above is the line i wrote for the box.

    HERE is what i see on iphone.

    Can you tell me if i’m doing something wrong or how can I solve this issue?

    Well, solved.
    I just removed the word “placeholder” and it worked.

    Now the line is:
    [date* data-serata “today”] instead of [date* data-serata placeholder “today”]
    And it works.
