Date format

I’ve been testing your plugin, and so far I like what I see. However, I have a question:

Is there any way I can set the date format, for instance date_format="l j. M. Y"?

Thought maybe there might be a missing/hidden date_format attribute, but that didn’t seem to be the case, because adding it made no difference.

I noticed by the way that show_date seems to default to false, so when it’s not set, no date is displayed. At least this short code displays no date on my website:

[decent_comments number="10" order="desc" orderby="comment_date_gmt" avatar_size="48" ellipsis="..." exclude_post_author="false" excerpt="false" show_author="true" show_avatar="true" show_link="true" show_comment="true" taxonomy="category"]

According to your Shortcodes documentation the default is supposed to be true.
