I was also wondering if there is a problem with the date format in this plugin? In my Google Drive the date format is set to DD/MM/YYYY, the Google Forms plugin displays the date in the US format (MM/DD/YYYY). I searched everywhere to find a solution, but there doesn’t seem to be anything?
    Hopefully someone can help?
    Thanks.

Can you point me to the page where this is happening? Google Forms doesn’t do anything specific on formatting dates.

It is a bit difficult as I am experimenting locally. The dates are formatted correctly in my Google Drive when I view the responses in the spreadsheet. It is just the form on my WordPress site that shows the field as Month Day Year instead of Day Month Year. I could point you to a screenshot of it, if you could tell me how I can do this here.
    Thanks.

Are you displaying a spreadsheet or a form?

Can you try forcing the locale for your Google Form to en-gb? Here is a post I did about setting a form to French – this might resolve the date ordering issue if you us the UK locale.

    Hello Mike,

Unfortunately this doesn’t work for the date formats. However, after a lot of experimenting I may have found a CSS solution. I went for the CSS n-th child selector which allowed me to float the day field to the left. It seems to work – with some slight adjustments for alignment at the top and spacing on the right. I hope it works for all the browsers and mobile devices. I’ll email you a screenshot of it. For now I’ll mark it as resolved if that’s OK.
