Date format for Registration Date and Last Login?

    Hi, how can I change the date output for Registration Date and Last Login in profile?

    For now, the date looks like this:
    Registration Date
    Joined November 17, 2017
    Last Login
    April 17, 2018 at 8:56pm

    Can I change it to 17 November 2017 and 17 April 2018 at 20:56 instead of this format that is now?
