date format is changed

    Hi

    the date format of the column is changed: from dd/mm/yyyy the format now is a number. For me is a big problem. Could you please help me?

    Can you simply select the whole column and format the column in date format in your google sheet only.

    I’ve done, but every time the data that arrives is a number and I ve to change it manually, and the automation doesn t work…

    We have not formatted the filled entries.
    It comes raw, alternatively, you can select the whole sheet and put it as an automatic to check it out. It should not happen.
    Try connecting with a new sheet and new tab once.
    It may happen due to glitch with any other formatting done in a sheet.
