Date format issue

    I have an excel spreadsheet with the dates set to UK format with the sheet set to English (UK). My WordPress is sett to English UK and the date format is set to D M Y in the date setting. However, on import the dates are converted to US format M D Y. Is there any way to prevent this and display the dates appropriately?

    Hi,

    thanks for your post, and sorry for the trouble.

    Please try saving your Excel table to a CSV file and then import that .csv file. This should preserve the date format exactly like it is in Excel.
