    Hello @ravanh,

    I tested it on my site and wasn’t able to reproduce it: upon changing the date and time format in Settings > General, the new invoices created reflected that.

    I can see that the change is also retroactive on my end, meaning that also the invoices created before today reflect the date change.

    Have you ruled out a potential plugin conflict? If not, try to temporarily deactivate all your plugins (apart from Jetpack CRM and its extensions) and check if the problem gets fixed that way. If it works, then reactivate each plugin one by one to find out which one is causing problems.

    Ok, I see what is going wrong now. I had set the format to j F Y which translates to 21 décembre 2022 (French) anywhere else on the site but in Jetpack CRM it would show 21 December 2022 (English).

    So the format is indeed correct, but not the language… I suppose I’ll have to work on the plugin translation for that?

    Update: I translated the months in the PO file with Loco Translate and “December” should now be translated to “décembre”but it does not appear as such on the invoices or client portal. It’s still “December” there…

    It’s good that you’re using the Loco Translate plugin, however, I’m sorry to hear that it’s not translating it all completely.

    Did you set your site’s language to French too? If so, to translate the fields/text you mentioned in your preferred language, the best way possible is to get the translated version of the plugin in the language you usually use.

    At the moment, French is at 28% translated: https://translate.www.ads-software.com/locale/fr/default/wp-plugins/zero-bs-crm/

    Translations in other languages are made by volunteers at the moment, like all the plugins in the www.ads-software.com directory. All the plugins need to be at least 90% translated in order to be made available in the target language.     Yes I already submitted many translation suggestions but they remain in waiting status because there is no translation editor…

    Hey @ravanh,

    First off, thanks a lot for putting time and efforts in translating the plugin – we appreciate it!

    To get your translations approved, you need a translator editor to approve them as you mentioned – we can’t do that as we’re not part of the French Polyglots team, and also we don’t know the language (so we can’t say whether the translation is accurate or not).

    My best advice is to contact a member of the Polyglots team and flag your pending translations: they should be able to find an editor who can review them.

    This seems to be a bug on our end, which I have reported to our tech team. We will try to fix it as soon as possible, though we don’t have a certain ETA for a fix. We’ll let you know when we have sorted it out.
