I have an RSVP event that is three days long. The user can select and pay for one of the three days or the ‘complete package’ which is all three. The issue that I’m having is no matter what day the user selects and pays for the conformation email subject line always lists the first day of the event even if the selected the the third day. How can I make the subject line date reflect the day the user chose?

Also if the user registers but doesn’t proceed with the Paypal payment is there any type of automatic reminder email or a payment link to forward?

    Thx!

The best I can do with the current code is allow you to remove the date from the headline entirely. You should be able to have the day selection detail reflected in the body of the message. Go to RSVP Email -> Notification Templates and remove the [rsvpdate] from the Confirmation Message subject line.

This will be a global change, not just for that one event.

Currently, there’s no automated nag for a registration where the person didn’t complete the payment. I could add it for a fee, but otherwise it goes on the todo list for someday.

Automated reminders for people who didn’t complete a payment is now active in the code.
