Date in Dynamic Notice field dependable on order date

Hi,
is it possible to display the date which depends on option choosed by user in Dynamic Notice field?

Scenario 1)
on May 25 Client decides to choose shipping in 24h;
so, in Dynamic Notice field the May,26 day is displayed
(day +1 after current date)

Scenario 2)
on May 25 Client decides to choose shipping in 48h;
so, in Dynamic Notice field the May,27 day is displayed
(day +2 after current date)
