Date Input Field Showing Differently in Chrome/FireFox/IE/etc.

    Hello+

    I use your Contact Form 7 and really like it – very easy to create forms with it…I am using your Contact Form 7 version 4.1 to create an Online Warranty Form. I have used the following code (created in your plugin) to create the Date Entry Box:

    <p>Date of Purchase*
    [date* Date]</p>

    It shows up as expected in Chrome, but not in FireFox and not in IE. I don’t know about Safari as I don’t have a MAC. I would like all of them to display as shown in Chrome.
