Date issue on organizer page

    On the organizers page (theatres for me), the list of upcoming events lists the “date” of the events as, for example, “Fri, , 07:00 PM”. No actual date. The events shown on the sample should be Friday, August 23 and Sunday, August 25.

    Here’s an image of the issue, but it should also be seen on the page link associated with this post. And here’s a link to the calendar that shows the events (MASC Variety Show) on the actual dates.

    To resolve the issue of event dates on the organizers page, please follow these steps:

    • On the Worspress dashboard navigate to ‘EventPrime -> Settings’.
    • Go to the Frontend Views tab.
    • Under Event Listings, locate the Events Date Format setting.
    • Select the desired date format from the available options and click Save Changes.

    I checked the settings as per above. The setting was as I wanted it (August 3, 2024). I changed it to another format and then back to the format I wanted and saved the settings.

    It is now working correctly.
