date management

Hi,
The problem I’m facing is with different schedules on different dates.
The website I’m handling is of a consulting company with different schedule dates on the website. The schedule runs for 2 days on different dates. E.g., 29-30 Oct, 2-3 Nov, and so on. And customers visit the page and book the schedules according to their choices.

What I’m doing right now is creating an individual ‘add to cart’ element for each date using the wp page builder. So, if 3 schedules are defined on the page, I’m using 3 different elements linked to the product with different dates which increases the complexity.

So, is there anything else I could do to automate the process so that I just need to change the date on the website and not the date in the product section every time?
And also keeping the date in the email, because the process I’m doing right now sends an email to the customer with the date on the product section.
