Date not being displayed according to timezone adjustment

    My XML feed has dates and times such as <pubDate>Sun, 30 Jul 2023 23:22:00 +1000</pubDate>

    When displayed using the widget the date is shown as ?July 30, 2023 at 1:22 pm. So the time is being adjusted correctly, however the date is not being adjusted to reflect this. The date should take into account the +10 hours and be incremented to read ?July 31, 2023 at 1:22 pm

    How can I fix this?
