    No matter what I try .. the following string in alo-easymail-placeholders.php:

    $date = date_i18n( get_option(‘date_format’)/*__( ‘j / n / Y’, “alo-easymail” )*/, strtotime( $newsletter->post_date ) );

    is not translated to the correct language when the newsletter is sent to subscriber.

    The [DATE] on the newsletter is always in English. I am using qtranslate and my site is correctly translated along with all dates, but this one is never translated. How can I have it translated to the recipients language when it sends.

    Hi, thanks for the report. It could be a bug, I’ll test and I’ll investigate about it.

    Another bug I found with the new version is the homepage… I’ve set my homepage to be a static page “Home”… but when the ALO Easymail plugin is active the home page in English is still “Home”, but the homepage in French goes to my posts page… Is there anything I need to change to solve this issue?

    Just to update my last post… I had to revert back to Version 2.5.06 of ALO Easymail for my frontpage to display correctly… but the date is still not translated in the sent newsletter. I’m using the latest version of WordPress and Qtranslate-x. This is somewhat annoying as I can not update the plugin without breaking my frontpage display.
