Date of last sync

    Hi dcoda

    My sites don’t appear to be auto-syncing based on visits and was just wondering if it is possible to see when the last sync was based on the user visit trigger.

    in the LinkSync?Settings it says the last update was about 6 weeks ago.

    I have the time between updates set at 1 day and all the links have the category “sync”

    Any help gratefully received,

    First of all you can force an update by updating the settings. This should tell us wether the problem is with the syncing or the triggering of the sync.
    The category must be set to ‘Sync’ it is case sensitive, if you have it set to sync this could be the cause.
    The last updated date is the only way to check when it was last updated.

    Thanks for the help.

    I forced an update and the new links have now come through fine so the forced update is working but the visitor triggered update does not seem to be.

    Also for some reason the first links (alphabetically) comes through to the target blog but without any categories.

    Be grateful for any help

    Both blogs are running WordPress v3.1.2

    The auto syncing problem has been fixed in the 4.3.29

    I’ve not be able to recreate the problem with the categories. How ever I’ll continue to look of a cause.
