Hi Guys !! I need te date on the CP_APP_HOUR_BOOKING_LIST shortcut to be DD/MM/YYYY.
Now displays MM/DD/YYYY
Is that possible ?

Please see the location of the date format settings:

If that setting is already set to DD/MM/YYYY and you are still getting a different date format then please indicate the version number of the plugin installed at your website and the complete list shortcode you are using.
