Hi, I have an issue and I can’t find how to solve it.. in this page, when clicking to “Richiedi informazioni” (=”Aks for information”) a pop-up opens, with a form in it.

When I choose “Noleggio” and then I try to complete the two dates fields that appear, the calendar/date picker doesn’t appear..

    How can I solve it?

    Thank you in advance.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

I just noticed that if I’m logged as an administrator everything works fine.. if I’m unlogged, the calendar doesn’t appear.

    Hi @neidewelldone

    Hope you are doing fine!

When logged as administrator, cached files are not loaded, which seems to be the issue in this case. Could you try the following?

    1. Clear the site cache.
    2. Temporarily disabled any JavaScript or CSS deferring options.
    3. Disable combining JavaScript files that come from the /wp-content/plugins/forminator folder.

Please check the recommended settings and let us know if the datepicker works as expected.

    Kind regards

This was my first try, since I read about this cache problem in other questions.
I’ve first changed plugin and then totally deactivated the cache but nothing changed…

    Hi @neidewelldone,

I’ve first changed plugin and then totally deactivated the cache but nothing changed…

That’s an odd behaviour, if it works fine when logged in and the issue is only specific when logged out then it has to do more with the cache.

Just to be sure, did you also rule out server side cache enabled by your hosting provider?

If yes, could you also test whether the issue is specific to the popup? Could you please add the same form to a page and then check whether it works fine?

This would also help in ruling out whether the issue isn’t specific to the popup or not.

If the issue is still the same even on a page, then please do share the page URL where you notice the issue too, so that it would help give us a better idea.

If it works fine on the page then I’m afraid the issue might either be more specific to the popup or with an existing active plugin causing a conflict.

To start with could you please whether you have “Load form using AJAX” enabled on the form side? You should find the option when you edit the form under “Behaviour > Rendering > Load form using AJAX“.

Please check and see whether enabling or disabling “Load form using AJAX” makes any difference with how the form is loaded.

Also, please check whether regenerating the CSS makes any difference or not too:
    https://elementor.com/help/tools/

If the issues are still the same even after that then please check whether the form loads fine if you temporarily disable all the plugins except Forminator and Elementor.

Please do let us know how that goes, so that it would give a better idea regarding the issues noticed.

    Best Regards,

    Nithin

Hi @wpmudevsupport11, thank you for your reply.

I just tried to enable the “Load form using AJAX” option and everything works!

Thank you very much for your kind assistance.
