Date picker don’t work on Vendor Registration page

    Hi,
    I added as custom field on the Vendor Registration page a date picker but it doesn’t seem to work.

    At the moment the site is still in progress and I cannot provide a link.

    Also kindly I wanted to know if it was possible to change the date in the date picker in this way DD-MM-YYYY.
