Date picker field disappears.

This is certainly not an expected behavior but I can’t tell “out of the box” why it’s happening. It may be be a bug of which we are not aware yet (that reveals itself in certain setups only) or it may be related to some factors specific to the site (like some JS script conflict or a conflict with 3rd-party plugin).

We’d need to take a closer look so for the start, would you please share a link to the page with the form in question so we could check it directly?

Could you also share the export of the form with us?

To do so:
– go to the “Forminator -> Forms” page and click on a little “gear” icon next to the form in question
– select “Export” option and copy given code
– put that code on https://pastebin.com and post a link to that “paste” in your reply below.

Note: export will only include form and no submission data (we also do not need any submission data); if there is any “sensitive” data included directly in the form itself – please duplicate the form first, edit it to remove such data and then share export of that duplicated and edited form.

FYI: I tried deactivating all the plugins except Forminator and added the shortcode to a standard page (not Elementor) and the behavior was the same.

A big “never mind” on this. The date field had been duplicated and had a null conditional that needed to be deleted. Problem solved.
