Date Picker Issue

Hi,

Trying to use a date picker field to capture DOB.

When selecting the date, everything works fine. However, when submitting the form, the date field shows an error (****** is required) and the field is empty.

I’ve tried all sorts of settings and nothing seems to work. Even made a whole new date field which also behaves the same way.
