Date picker saving post date when no date is selected

    Hi, firstly I love the plugin!

    I’ve set up the Date Picker with a blank Default Value.

    However even though the date picker says “Select Date” within the blog editor, when you visit the blog page it outputs the date the post was created.

    If you add in a date then the correct date is shown in the blog editor and posts.

    Other elements like Select Options and Text Area don’t show if they are empty, so I thought the Date Picker would do the same.

    As a work-around I set the Default Value to 01/01/2000 and then checked if the saved date was after then. It works, but means you then need to change the year each time you want to add a new date to the blog.

    Hey.

    I don’t see any problem with the date picker. When you trying to output it, have you check it for existence?

    if ( $attributes['control_name'] ) {
    echo 'date exists';
}
