Date Recorded time wrong

I hesitate to mention this, since it’s probably an issue with WordPress or my hosting server (HostGator), rather than PDB, but I thought I’d check to see if anyone else has encountered this problem:

I’ve noticed that all my “List Participants” records have incorrect “Date Recorded” (in “Record Info”) times. All times are off by 7 hours. (E.g.: record created at 15:25, Date Recorded says 22:25)

My WordPress General Settings > Timezone is set to “UTC-7” (USA west coast), and appears to create a correct local time, so I can’t see what else might be the cause.
