Date Sort not working

Thanks for using our plugin and sorry to hear you’re having difficulty with displaying a table sorted by date.

Please may I know the shortcode you’re using and have a screenshot of the plugin’s settings page. You can do this for free by going to screencast.com, getcloudapp.com, or a service of your choice, uploading the screenshot/video, and sending us the URL.

After multiple hours of searching for an answer, embarrassingly, after posting this support request I was able to solve the issue.

It came down to the column settings. I installed the plugin on a different site and noticed I wasn’t getting the same issue. I had the image column included which is not supported in the free version of this plugin.

Because the column can’t be rendered this somehow messes up the ability to sort the table correctly.

Thank you anyway, and hopefully this might help someone with a similar issue in the future.
