Date & time are not displaying

I’ve attempted to implement this plugin and shortcode in my site a few different ways (i.e., just straight up [events] and [events time=start]), but in both instances the When: field displays no data.

Additionally, the lack of 12-hr display on the back end and the use of a nonauthorized Twitter account in publishing tweets make this unusable for my purposes. Truly a shame, since this is a lovely and simple solution for displaying events and not bogged down with so many bells and whistles as other plugins.
