Date/Time selection is not working properly

  • I have WordPress 5.3 and the latest salon booking plugin v3.25.
    The issue is that the time options are displayed in the local timezone, but after you select it, it will automatically convert into UTC time and display it to the user.

    For example, if it is 7:00 PM in my local city, and it is 12:00 AM in UTC zone, selecting 7:00 PM from the available time options will display 12:00 AM to the user. When I change the timezone on WordPress to UTC, everything works fine (selecting 7:00 PM will display 7:00 PM to the user), but then the google calendar sync gets messed up because the google account’s timezone will be -5 hours. I cannot change the calendar timezone because it will mess up all my other scheduled events.

    Also, when I set WordPress to the timezone of my city, I noticed there was a significant delay when choosing a date/time, and the calculations were wrong too. Every date/time I selected that should have been available/free kept saying it was unavailable. For example, I have my booking settings to only allow appointments after an hour from now, but EVERY single option I press says “The date is too near, the minimum allowed is: Today’s date and 1 hour from now”

    thank you to report this issue we are investigating. Which timezone are you using?

    I have the same problem. Timezone – Hong Kong.

    I also have problems that the registration fields are not available. Only guest checkout available. IS that a Pro feature?

    Hope you can help me to resolve these two issues.
