    Hello @yazarmfa,

Thank you for contacting the support and we regret the inconvenience caused.

We tested the page with Google’s Rich Results testing tool and were able to replicate the issue.

We tested the same video on our end, and the Video Schema seems to be working properly.

Please update an affected page after removing the Video Schema from it. Then add the Schema again and see if that fixes the issue?

Let us know how that goes.

    Hello @yazarmfa,

Assuming you are using the latest version of all the plugins and the themes (please update if not yet), it would seem like a conflict with one of the plugins or the theme you are using.

To determine that, please follow this troubleshooting guide:

Here is a video you can follow as well:

Only the site admin would know, and your users won’t be affected by this troubleshooting.

Let us know how that goes. Looking forward to helping you.

I did what you said but the problem is not solved. I request you to add the video in the link below to your site and mark the schema. Test it later and see if there are any problems.

    Hello @yazarmfa,

We just tested this video in our local installations with the latest free and PRO plugin version, and the upload date was generated correctly in the Schema in a compliant format.

We recommend removing the Video from the page you have and also removing the Video Schema from it.

After that, follow the abovementioned steps of adding the Video again and hit the save button to update the Schema data.

Don’t hesitate to get in touch if you have any other questions.
