    Hi Jordy.

I stumbled upon a possible bug. Outlined in this document READ THIS FIRST WordPress 5.3 Master List the function date_default_timezone_set must not be called with other values than UTC since wordpress version 5.3. But in the file wr2x_image.php it is called on line 103. This produces an error in my time-calculations done by Advanced Custom Fields Pro where everything is off 2 hours => I’m based in Vienna. Disabling the line fixes my problem.

Since GTM and UTC is the same, it’s not that huge change. It would be great if you could fix this soon in case you see this as a bug as well.

    Kind regards,
    iteratus

    Hi,

In fact, the “wr2x_image.php” is part of an old method, it’s still there, but I am thinking of totally removing it in the next release. Are you really using this method still? ??

    That sounds great. Thank you!

Actually I was not aware of “using this method” at all. Simply I have the plug-in installed to consume the processing of the images in the backend. And when I was searching for possible errors baucause of my timezone problem, this was the only part of the code in the whole codebase and I disabled the line => Problem solved ??

    Greetings,
