[datepicker] missing next/prev buttons

    Hi,

    I’m using the contact form manager plugin on several websites.

    On all of them the next/previous arrows don’t show up with the current version of the plugin (1.6). With older versions (e.g. 1.4.4) they do.

    What I did to solve the problem is the following:

    1. I downloaded the latest version of jQuery UI (https://jqueryui.com/download/all/)
    2. I replaced the jquery-ui.css in the plugin’s folder /wp-content/plugins/contact-form-manager/css/ with the one from the latest jQuery UI version – NO FIX
    3. I added the images folder from the latest jQuery UI version to the /wp-content/plugins/contact-form-manager/css/ – THAT DID THE FIX

    Could anybody confirm that I was doing right? Could you fix this in the next plugin update?
