Datepicker not overlaid and doesn’t pass value

Hi there
I have installed the plugin and am using it with Contact Form 7
When I click on the field for the datepicker, it pushes down the other fields on the page, so it is not popping over the content as it should.
Also, when I select a date, it doesn’t return the date to the field so the email gets sent out without that informationThanks for your help!

Please verify, is there another plugin you installed for datepicker?
because date picker opens when i hover on the related field and when i clicked it again open a new datepicker which means there are two datepickers. Please check attached screenshots.
